• With each project sign up, our payment layout is 50% upon sign up, 40% upon start of installation, and the remaining balance upon completion of installation.
• Carry outs that are bought in the showroom are to be paid in full. If the product is to be ordered, we do also require full payment of the product and shipping before we order it.
• Custom made carry-outs (i.e. any custom made furniture, countertops, etc.) are to be paid in full upon sign up in order to purchase any needed materials.

With each project, we ask that you come into our showroom for an appointment to pick out your design choices (i.e. cabinet doors, countertops, backsplash, etc.). With either your provided measurements, or measurements from a home visit, we will create an individualized quote to get as close as possible to the final price. If you are interested in a quote, please call our showroom to arrange an appointment to make selections.

With someone in the showroom during our business hours, they will be able to book you in for any home visit appointments, with confirmation being sent out by email shortly after. In terms of work scheduling, we are more than happy to provide an estimated wait time prior to sign up. Please note that depending on the purchase, wait times will vary as they are based on build time, order time, etc.

In the showroom we accept debit, personal cheques, and e-transfer. For job payments, we accept debit, personal cheques, and e-transfer. We apologize, but we do not accept credit cards or cash as deposits on jobs. However, we are more than willing to create a payment installation plan with you! The payment plan being interest free and no credit check required.
